Hero Honda Karizma PGM-Fi-2009

The year 2009 will certainly be a year to cheer about, especially for the Hero Honda company. There were speculations drawn in the market that Honda is going to launch a brand new model of Karizma series and that a new Karizma Fi will be an ideal answer to both Yamaha F15 and Bajaj Pulsar. 

Hero Honda has not made any official announcement on the new Karizma Fi as yet as to when the bike will be launched but still it is much speculated to be in this year and what more? The secretly shot images of the Karizma Fi have been posted and doing rounds all around the online bike circles and tell you what, he is an absolute bliss to any biker. 

It looks as if a white untamed horse is waiting to gallop on the roads, and the pictures testify the fact that Karizma Fi will definitely rule the rider’s heart. Karizma for long has been one of the most favorite bikes for the Indian biker, and anyone who sees the pictures of this cool toughie will hardly help falling in love with it.

Well the pictures posted on various sites are just enough for you to go gung-ho over the bike. It is simply classy to say the least. The first images show the bike to be sporting white color and it suffices magnificence to the vehicle. From the pictures it is evident that the bike will feature a reconstructed and improved front fairing and new headlamps. The bike sports a graphic sticker that reads ZMR PGM Fi. One has to wait for the launch to unravel the expansion of the abbreviation. As the name of the bike suggests Fi, which denotes Fuel injection will be a technology certainly adhered to the bike to generate more power & torque. 

Other conspicuous features

The PGM Fi seems to sport gas-charged rear shock absorber and also disc brakes are fitted at the rear. The bike also displays new tail and side lamps along with a cool mudguard. The mirrors are placed on top of the fairing and the body is remodeled. The new Karizma variant is a true hero in terms of looks and the power and performance of this “Road Romeo” needs to be ascertained only after the launch. But looking at the success of Karizma series in India this fellow might not disappoint us and only time will tell how this variant will perform.
